摘要
主要介绍利用ANSYS的热电耦合分析功能,对热电冷却器的温度分布、电势分布进行模拟分析,为设计提供理论参考数据,使热电冷却器外形尺寸更加合理,降低试验造成的浪费,减少设计成本。
In this paper,the use of ANSYS of thermoelectric coupling analysis function was mainly was introduced,the thermoelectric cooler temperature distribution and electric potential distribution is simulated and analyzed,and the theoretical reference data for design was provided,so as to make the thermoelectric cooler shape dimension more reasonable,reduce the waste test generated and the cost of design.
