摘要
介绍了国内外校企合作的模式和现状,对校企合作的深化和可持续发展策略作深入的分析研究,力求找到制约校企合作发展的瓶颈,针对我国现阶段普通高校存在的问题,根据北部湾经济对化学化工实用型人才的需求,提出了全程式校企合作的实践教学模式,指出"学校和企业双赢、学校师生和企业共受益"是校企合作可持续发展的根本。
In order to find the bottleneck of restricting the school-enterprise cooperation,this paper introduce the mode and current situation of domestic and international cooperation between school and enterprise,and analysis its deepen and sustainable development strategy.In view of our country present stage of general problems in universities and Colleges,and according to the demand for the personnel training talent of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone development,the idea of the total school practice teaching mode of chemistry and chemical engineering is proposed.This paper pointed out that ＂the school and enterprise double win,teachers,students and enterprise in common benefit＂ is the fundamental for sustainable development.
