摘要
中小企业人员管理中存在比例不协调,流动性大,人员需求标准过高,考核随意性大,同时考核激励方法比较单一,单纯依靠物质激励来进行管理。通过建立与业绩挂钩的分配制度,比较好的岗位晋升管理,人员情感激励、文化激励、荣誉激励等角度对中小企业激励,采取多种渠道进行,把员工的激励措施用好。
some problems were existed in personnel management of medium-sized and small enterprise such as harmonious proportions,large liquidity,high personnel demand standards,big optional assessment,and at the same time,assessment and incentive method is a single,management that simply depended on material incentive was carried out.Taking a variety of channels such as Establishment of distribution system,better post promotion management,personnel emotion motivation,culture motivation,honor motivation,used incentive measures better.
