本文通过对目前脑瘫言语语言治疗状况的回顾，借助语言学理论及近年发展前沿，比较目前脑瘫言语语言康复现状和语言环境对儿童语言能力的影响。提出改善语言使用环境、交流意愿，对脑瘫儿童语言能力的理论探讨。

Based on the review of the current cerebral palsy, speech language therapy situation, with the forefront of linguistic theory and development in recent years, compared with cerebral palsy rehabilitation of speech--language status and language environment on children＇s language skills. Proposed to improve the language environment, communication will explore on the theory of cerebral palsy children＇s language skills.
