强化口腔护理对促进手足口病患儿治愈的效果研究

Strengthen the study of the effect of oral care to promote child patients with HFMD cure

目的；探讨分析强化口腔护理对促进手足口病患儿的治愈效果。方法：回顾分析、总结了2011年6月--12月来本院治疗的232例手足口病儿童分为实验组与对照组的口腔护理措施。结果：对照组的常规护理效果明显比实验组强化口腔护理效果偏低。结论：小儿手足口病患者口腔溃疡直接影响患儿的进食，通过加强口腔护理能够有效减轻患儿口腔疼痛，从而使患儿增加进食量，改善体质，缩短住院时间使患儿加快治愈。

Objective：To investigate the analysis of strengthening oral nursing for children with hand foot and mouth disease curative effect. Methods ：Retrospective analysis, summcd up 2011 June--December to the hospital for treatment of 232 cases of hand foot mouth disease in children＇s oral nursing measures. Result：In addition to 1 cases referral for treatment, the other children had no cross interference or repeated infection, did not appear serious complication, 231 cases cured smoothly. Conclusion： Children with hand foot and mouth disease patients with oral ulcers directly influence the children eating, through strengthening oral care can effectively relieve patients of oral pain, thereby allowing the children to increase food intake, improve physical fitness, shorten the time of hospitalization in speeding the healing.
