摘要
在雌兔子宫浆膜下埋藏电极记录其子宫平滑肌电活动,结果表明:间情期典型的子宫肌电慢波呈三相变化,有时在慢波上负载快波。刺激三阴交穴、催情穴均对兔的子宫肌电活动有明显的增强作用(p<0.05)。切断交感神经后,针刺反应大部分消失(p>0.05),显示了交感神经纤维在针刺效应实现过程中起着重要作用。
The Myoelectrical activity of the uterus was observed by means ofimplanting bipolar electrodes in uterus smooth muscle of femal rabbits.The effect of electroacupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Cuiqing points on themyoelectrical activity of the uterus was studied as the indicators of themyoelectrical activity. The mechanism of electroacupuncture was investigatedby electroacupuncture at Sanyingjiao and Cuiqing points after cutting downsympathetic nerve. The result showed that the electroacupuncture atSanyingjiao and Cuiqing points increased significantly both frequency andamplitude of the myoelectrical activity in the uterus (p<0.05). The effectof electroacupuncture on the myelectrical activity of the uterus disappearedmostly after section of sympathetic nerve (p>0.05). It suggested that thesympathetic nerve might play an important role in transferring the effectof electroacupuncture to uterus. In addition, there might be other ways oftransferring the effect of acupuncture to uterus.
