加味四逆散对D-氨基半乳糖所致急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化的影响及病理改变同步观察 被引量:10

摘要 为研讨加味四逆散防治肝损伤的作用机理 ,通过动物试验 ,先用加味四逆散预防给药 ,再采用 D-氨基半乳糖 (D- Gal N)造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,然后检测大鼠血清超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)水平 ,同步观察该方对急性肝损伤大鼠体内脂质过氧化反应及肝脏病理改变的影响 ,结果表明该方可明显升高大鼠血清 SOD、 GSH水平 ,降低 MDA水平 ,肝脏病理学检查亦表明该方使肝细胞变性坏死程度减轻。提示加味四逆散有抗脂质过氧化的作用 ,这正是该方防治肝损伤的主要机制之一。 To investigate the protective effects of Jiaweisinisan (JWSNS) on acute liver injury induced by intraperitoneal injection of D galac tosamise (D GalN), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathioe (GSH) contents were measured. The pathological changes of liver were observed simultaneously. The results showed that JWSNS could decrease serum MDA content, but increase serum SOD and GSH activities in acute liver injury induced by D GalN. It was also found that JWSNS could alleviate the degeneration and necrosis of the hypatocytes. It was suggested that JWSNS had an effect of anti lipid peroxidation in liver injury, which was one of the mechanisms of JWSNS preventing liver injury.
