人绒毛膜促性腺激素对小鼠颌下腺颗粒曲管影响的体视学研究

摘要 目的 从体视学的角度探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)对小鼠颌下腺颗粒曲管的内分泌调节机制 ,为内分泌免疫调节网络提供实验依据。 方法 用显微测微尺测出 ICR雄性小鼠注射 HCG或生理盐水后颌下腺颗粒曲管的各项体视学指标。 结果 给药组与对照组相比 ,颌下腺颗粒曲管的截面积、周长明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,比表面及面数密度明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,细胞的核质比、细胞核的截面积、周长明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞的截面积、周长及胞质的截面积明显降低 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论  HCG可促进颌下腺颗粒曲管合成和分泌生物活性物质 ,它对颗粒曲管分泌功能的促进作用大于对合成功能的促进作用。 Objective\ To investigate the mechanism of human choriogonadotropin(HCG) to modulate the endocrine function of granular convoluted tubules(GCT) in submandibular glands stereologically in order to offering experimental evidence in endocrine\|immunity regulating network.\ Methods\ Several stereological targets of granular convoluted tubules in submandibular glands of ICR mice after HCG or physiological saline injection were measured by micromeasuring ruler.\ Rusults\ Compared with the sham group, in the group with HCG administration the stereological study showed as follows: the section area and circumference of GCT were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the specific surface and number density of GCT were apparently higher(P<0. 05), the nucleus/cell ratio,section area and circumference of the nucleus of GCT were sharply increased(P<0.05), the section area of cell and cytoplasm of GCT and the circumference of the cell of GCT were cut down obviously(P<0.01).\ Conclusion\ HCG can increase active polypeptides synthesis and secretion in GCT of submandibular gland, and the secretion is more prominent than synthesis. \;
