针对娱乐场所经营者利益开展培训对其性病艾滋病知识认知的影响

The impact of STD/AIDS knowledge training centralized around the business interest of entertainment venue proprietors

目的了解以娱乐场所经营者利益为中心,开展有关性病艾滋病知识的培训效果。方法以娱乐场所经营者经营策略与健康干预服务为中心的参与式讨论为重点,将性病艾滋病知识作为基本经营能力进行开放式交流培训,并进行培训前后的知识调查。结果经营者对参与性病艾滋病宣传和切身利益的关系有了比较一致的认识,有关性病艾滋病知识在原有比较高的基础上有了明显的提高,预设的18个问题由培训前的最低正确回答率75.5%(74/98)～94.9%(93/98),培训后达到87.8%(86/98)～100%(98/98),培训前、后整体知识的回答正确率比较:t=10.041,P=0.000。结论对于经营者而言,经营利益是其生活重点,明确了解经营利益与参与性病艾滋病预防具有相关性,对于他们提高参与性病艾滋病防治宣传自觉性非常有意义。

Objective To understand the impact of STD/AIDS knowledge training centralized around the business interest of proprietors of entertainment establishments. Method Interactive discussions focused on business strate- gies of the proprietors and health intervention services were carried out, where open training and exchange of views were provided by taking STD/AIDS related knowledge as part of essential managing capacity. The rates of STD/ AIDS knowledge and awareness were surveyed before and after the training. Results The proprietors reached a rel- atively common understanding of the relationship between the participatory interventions for STD/AIDS prevention and their own interests. The level of their STD/AIDS knowledge was obviously promoted in comparison with that before the training. The correct rate for the 18 pre-designed questions was raised from 75.5% （74/98） --94.9% （93/98） before training to 87.8% （86/98） --100% （98/98） after the training.-Comparison of the overall correct answer rate before and after the training was t=10. 041,P=0. 000. Conclusion For the proprietors, the business interest is key to their life, and consequently, understanding of the mutual relationship between business interest and STD/AIDS prevention will enhance their consciousness to participate in STD/AIDS prevention and control.
