应用原子吸收分光光度法测定磷酸钙盐中铅、镁的含量。铅含量的线性范围为0.5～5.0μg/mL(r=0.99949),平均回收率为99.0(RSD=0.5%);镁含量的线性范围为0.05～0.5μg/mL(r=0.99549),平均回收率为99.1(RSD=0.6%)。

The applactaion of atomic absorbtion spectrophotometry to determine lead, magnesium contents in calcium phosphate salts. The linear range of the lead content was 0.5- 5.0 μg/mL （ r = 0.99949） ; the average recovery was 99.0（ RSD =0.5% ） ; The linear range of the magnesium content was 0.05 - 0.5 μg/mL（r =0.99549） ; the average recovery was 99.1 （ RSD =0.6% ）.
