摘要
介绍了合成氨催化剂中毒后深度还原的新方法,该方法不需投用开工加热炉升温还原催化剂,而是利用调节合成塔三个入口阀的开度来调节催化剂床层温度,进而完成催化剂的深度还原。
This paper presents a measure of deep reduction and preservation for the catalyst in ammo- nia synthesis process. The method does not need to make use of the start-up heater while through the regula- ting of opening of the three inlet valves on the ammonia converter, the expected temperatures is reached, by which a deep reduction of the catalyst can be completed eventually .
