土壤硒含量与杨梅果实硒含量相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 分析了浙江杨梅产区土壤硒(Se)含量和杨梅硒含量,并研究了两者之间的关系。结果表明:全省杨梅产区土壤硒含量为0.016~1.100 mg/kg,平均0.298 mg/kg;全省杨梅硒含量为0.000 47~0.043 00 mg/kg,平均0.0113 mg/kg,其中富硒杨梅占样品总数的92.3%,并以慈溪等地的富硒杨梅更具开发优势。对186组土壤硒和杨梅硒对应数据进行相关性分析,得到直线回归方程:y=0.007 98+0.014 56x,表明杨梅硒含量(y)与土壤硒含量(x)之间存在极显著的正相关(相关系数r=0.340 9**>r0.01=0.190)。 In this paper, the selenium (Se) content in soil and fruit of Chinese bayberry in producing areas of Zhejiang province was determined and their correlation was also studied. The results showed that Se content in soil varied from 0.016 to 1.100 mg/kg, with mean of 0.298 mg/kg, that in fruit of Chinese bayberry changed from 0.00047 to 0.043 00 mg/kg in the province, with average of 0.011 3 mg/kg. Rich Se content Chinese bayberry accounted for 92.3% of the total samples, and Cixi had much more advantages for development. Correlation analysis on 186 pairs of data resulted a regression equation: y = 0.007 98 + 0.014 56 x: Se content in fruit of Chinese bayberry (v) and that in soil (x) had significant positive correlation with the correlation coefficient of r = 0.3409** 〉 r 0.01 = 0.190.
