浙江杨梅品种遗传差异的SRAP分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用SRAP分子标记技术对东魁、荸荠种、晚稻杨梅、丁岙梅等9个杨梅品种的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,这些杨梅品种间存在着较为丰富的遗传差异,遗传相似系数为0.523 2~0.860 9;不加权组平均法(UPGMA)分析表明,在遗传相似系数为0.77时,可将9个杨梅品种分为4类,其中黄岩水梅、黑晶、早荠蜜梅、晚荠蜜梅、早大梅、东魁聚为一类,其余样品均单独聚为一类,4大良种归于不同的类;亲缘关系分析显示亲缘关系最近的是早荠蜜梅和晚荠蜜梅以及黑晶和黄岩水梅,最远的是晚稻杨梅和黄岩水梅。分子标记数据反映的这9个杨梅品种之间的相互亲缘关系与其地理分布情况基本相符。 Analysis on genetic diversity of nine major cultivars of Myrica rubra in Zhejiang province were made by sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP). The results showed that these cultivars are high genetic polymorphism with the genetic similar coefficients (GSC) of 0.5232-0.8609. Nine oaltivars could be divided into 4 groups at GSC 0.77 based on the cluster analysis of the unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean (UPGMA), and 4 elite cultivars (DK, BQ, WD and DA) were classified into different groups. Correlation analysis of the 9 cultivars demonstrated that genetic relationship among ZJ and WJ, HJ and HS was fairly close, while that of WD was the farthest to HS. The results also indicated that the genetic relationship of 9 cultivars was accordant with their geographical distribution.
