杭州西湖风景名胜区山林生态服务功能价值评估

Assessment of Ecosystem Service of The West Lake Scenic Area in Hangzhou

在分析比较不同的估值模型的基础上,采用旅游成本法TCM等方法评估了西湖景区山林生态服务系统的总经济价值。结果表明,2011年西湖景区山林的总经济价值为1.64亿元,平均为50 722元/(hm2.a),其中固碳、释氧、蓄水保水、水源涵养、固土、保土、提高土壤肥力的经济价值分别为0.425亿元、0.277亿元、0.184亿元、0.455亿元、0.091亿元、0.004亿元、0.101亿元,生态旅游和休闲的经济价值0.119亿元。

Forest of the West Lake Scenic Area has the vital significance in maintaining the ecological balance and beautifying the environment. The total economic value （TEV） of ecosystem of Westlake Scenic Area in Hangzhou was estimated by various assessment models. Results showed that the TEV in 2011 was 164 million yuan RMB, averaging 50 772 yuan/ha a year, among which, carbon sequestration 42.5 million yuan, oxygen releasing 27.7 million yuan, water conservation 18.4 million yuan, water source containing 45.5 million yuan, fixation 9.1 million yuan, soil conservation 0.4 million yuan and soil fertility 10.1 million yuan and ecotourism 11.9 million yuan.
