高校传统就业指导模式存在各种不利于大学生职业发展的弊端,缺少对学生全程化的指导,现对高校就业指导模式体系进行创新,经调查研究提出建立全程化就业指导体系。从大一到大四各阶段循序渐进地指导择业就业,全面提升高校学生就业能力和水平,进一步提高就业质量及就业力,促进国家的发展与进步。

Traditional career guidance of university is existing various abuse of the college students＇ professional development.That is the lack of the guidance of the whole course.After investigation and study,we proposed building a entire process career guidance system.Guiding employment from a freshman to a senior step by step can improve undergraduates＇ employment ability and level,and can improve the quality and rates of employment comprehensively,and promote the development and progress of the country.
