传统仓库的数字化改造和建模分析研究

Research on Digitization of Traditional Warehouse and Modeling Analysis

综述了传统仓库实现数字化改造研究涉及的关键技术,阐述了传统仓库的不足,并对比了改造传统仓库与新建立体仓库的优势,提出从分析型数据库构建、货物/货位跟踪识别以及搬运系统改进等三个方面进行传统仓库改造思想,并对传统仓储数字化改造前后性能进行比较.最后,建立了数字化仓库的模型,并进行了分析和优化,这为传统仓储业向现代物流的改造研究提供了参考.

Key technologies involved in the digitization of a traditional warehouse are firstly reviewed in this paper.The disadvantages of traditional warehouses are then expounded.The advantages of the new digitization warehouse with those of transforming traditional warehouses are compared thereafter.The improvement thoughts are put forward to transform traditional warehouses in three aspects,namely,construction of analysis type database,goods/position tracking recognition,and handling system.The performances of the traditional warehouses before and after the digitization are then compared.Finally,a digitization warehouse model is established and then analyzed and optimized,which could provide reference for the transformation from the traditional warehouses to the modern logistics.
