摘要
以α-乙酰基二硫缩烯酮为原料,研究了其与芳基重氮盐的亲电取代反应,同时,在碱性条件下,实现了产物与苯甲醛的缩合反应,以较高产率获得了1-苯偶氮基-1-[1,3-二硫戊环/二噻烷-2-亚甲基]-4-苯基-3-丁烯酮化合物,该反应条件温和,操作方法简单,同时对其反应机理进行了初步探讨.
1-phenyldiazenyl-1-(1,3-dithiolan/dithian-2-ylidene)-4-phenylbut-3-methyl vinyl ketone are produced with a high yield rate via the electrophilic substitution and condensation reaction while the α-acetyl ketene-S,S-acetals,diazonium salt and benzaldehyde are selected as substrate.The results show that the reaction could be carried out smoothly and simply in mild reaction conditions.The reaction mechanism is also discussed preliminarily.
