大学生就业供求问题的分析与思考——基于蛛网模型的实证研究

Analysis of the Demand and Supply of College Students in Employment——Based on Cobweb Model

伴随高校扩招,高校毕业生人数剧增,就业形势严峻,成为社会各界关注的焦点.就供需结构而言,社会对毕业生的需求存在着结构性的矛盾,符合经济学中的"蛛网模型".通过引入其他变量因素,对传统的蛛网模型加以改进,改进后的蛛网模型大大提升了数据的拟合度.就解决大学生就业供求矛盾,给政府、企业、高校和大学生提出了积极的对策和建议.

With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and the increasing number of college graduates, the ever-worse employment becomes one of the major concerns of the society. The demand and supply structure is concerned. The demand of society to graduates has structural contradictions and is in line with the economics of the ＂cobweb model＂. In this paper, through introducing other variables, the traditional cobweb model is improved, and using the improved cobweb model of data fitting is also greatly improved. Finally, to solve the university student employment contradictions between the supply and demand, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the government, enterprises, colleges and students.
