摘要
建立大鼠动静脉旁路插管溶栓模型 ,评价QP6A的溶栓作用。方法 :用尿激酶的溶栓作用验证该溶栓模型的可靠性 ,用生理盐水 (3ml·kg-1)作空白对照 ,用尿激酶 (2 0 0 0 0IU·kg-1)作阳性对照 ,在该模型上评价了QP6A(10 μmol·kg-1)的溶血栓作用。结果 :给药 1h后 ,尿激酶组血栓减重 (13± 5 )mg ,QP6A组血栓减重 (9± 6 )mg ,二者与生理盐水组血栓减重 (0 .8± 7 0 )mg相比差异有显著性。 结论 :该溶栓模型在药物研究中可用于活性评价 ,QP6A有望成为一种新的溶栓药物。
Objective: To establish the rat model of thrombolysis and evaluate the thrombolytic effect of QP6A. Methods: The reliability of the rat model was confirmed by the thrombolysis of urokinase (UK). With normal saline and UK as blank control and positive control respectively, the thrombolytic effect of QP6A was evaluated. Results: After treating with UK and QP6A for 1 h, the thrombi were reduced to (13±5) mg and (9±6) mg respectively. The results indicated that both UK and QP6A had thrombolytic effects compared with NS (0.8±7) mg ( P <0.05). Conclusion: This rat model is useful in drug evaluation. QP6A might be a potential thrombolytic agent.
