摘要
新的形势对辅导员队伍建设提出了新的要求,高校必须着力提高辅导员队伍的整体素质,提升思想政治教育的实效性。通过建立相对完善的辅导员职业发展机制,解决影响队伍发展的制约因素,强化辅导员的职业素质培训,提高其工作积极性和工作水平,促进辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化、专家化。
To meet the current demands arising from the latest realities in colleges and universities, the general and overall attain- ments of the counselor team must be enhanced and the effectiveness of their ideological and political education must be strength- ened. For that end, colleges or universities need to conduct researches and find out factors restricting the development of counsel- ors, design and build a long - term career development mechanism for counselors so that their professional competence, work en- thusiasm, professionalism, specialization, and expertise will be promoted.
