摘要
霍山石斛的人工栽培野生苗和定植4年后的试管移栽苗。在25±0.5℃时光饱和点分别为213.7μmolm^(-2)s^(-1)和223.9μmolm^(-2)s^(-1),光补偿点均为50μmolm^(-2)s^(-1)。野生苗的光呼吸和暗呼吸各占总光合的1/4以上。相对湿度是影响光合的主要因子。野生苗总叶绿素含量高于移栽苗,但其叶绿素a和b的比值却比移栽苗低。
The light saturation point of the wild and in vitro plantlets transpl-anted for four years of Dendrobium Huoshanense was determined to be 213. 7and 223.9 μmol. s^(-1). m^(-2) at (25±0.5) ℃, and light compensation pointto be 50 μmol. s^(-1) m^(-2) at the same temperature. The photorespiration andrespiration of the wild plantlets took over 1/4 of total photosynthesis,respectively. The relative humidity is the main affecting factor. The totalchlorophyll content in the wild plantlets was higher than in the culturedplantlets, but the ratio of chlorophyll a and b in the former is lower thanin the latter.
