摘要
由于经费投入不足、主体认识片面、外宣缺乏合力、宣传机制缺失等原因,高校对外宣传工作目前存在着理念、媒介、应急、人才等方面的危机,需要从新闻发言人制度、应急机制、联动机制、保障机制等方面加以改革,以扩大高校的社会影响力、知名度和竞争力。
Owing to insufficient funds,one-sided subjective awareness and a lack of combined force and efficient mechanism,college external propaganda faces the crisis in terms of idea,medium,emergency response and talent,which is expected to be innovated from the aspects of news spokesman system,emergency response mechanism,linkage mechanism as well as security mechanism.These efforts will serve to promote the social influence,popularity and competitiveness of colleges.
