摘要
文章针对高职院校实习生顶岗实习过程中遭遇到的各种侵权问题,从修正法律条文、扩大劳动者范围、明晰顶岗实习学生的身份等方面提出了相应的解决措施,以保证实习生的合法权益。
In view of a range of tort problems concerning internship of vocational college students,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of amending related laws,expanding the scope of laborers and clarifying the identities of students taking internship so as to guarantee their legitimate rights and interests.
