摘要
文章阐述了目前港口企业在培训方面存在的问题,提出了科学构建港口企业培训课程体系的思路,探讨了构建港口企业培训课程体系的保障措施。
Based on an analysis of the problems existing in port enterprise training,this article puts forward some proposals on how to construct the curriculum system for port enterprise training and studies related safeguard measures as well.
