文章在分析高职院校贫困生的成因及问题的基础上,结合高职院人才培养目标体系,从经济资助、人格发展以及人才培养等三个方面初步探讨了解决高职院校贫困生问题的具体措施,具有一定的实践指导意义。

This article,based on an analysis of the causes of impoverished student phenomenon in vocational colleges and the related problems,in combination with the talents training target system,studies the measures to handle impoverished student problem from the aspects of financial aid,personality development,and talents cultivation,which is of certain practical significance.
