摘要
利用Solidworks和Ansys建立门座起重机的刚-柔耦合模型,导入到Adams中进行装配,添加约束后建立虚拟样机系统进行仿真分析。利用实验室现有物理样机上的数据与虚拟样机仿真得到的数据进行比较,实现对虚拟样机的检查和验证。
A rigid - flexible coupling model of portal crane was built by using the Solidworks and Ansys software, and then it was simulated and analyzed by establishing a virtual prototype system through importing data to Adams for as- sembly and adding constraints. Comparing the data from the laboratory' s existing physical prototype and the virtual proto- type resulted by simulation, the inspection and validation to the virtual prototype could be obtained.
