摘要
分析5000t移动式装船机的2个主要故障,提出解决办法:对于头部溜筒系统的故障,拆除整个溜筒及其附属装置,重新设计简单实用的溜筒;对于悬臂皮带容易压死的故障,设计一套自动检测装置,作为皮带张紧力调整的依据。这2个故障的消除,大幅度提高了装船机的使用可靠性。
In this paper, the solution for two key faults in 5000 t mobile ship loader is analyzed. For the fault in head chute system, the entire chute and its attachment can be removed, and a simple and practical chute can be re -designed for it. For the fault that the cantilever belt is easily crushed, an automatic detection device can be design as the basis for the ad- justment of belt tension. The solution to above two problems can greatly increase the running reliability of the ship loader.
