输液用单斜面和三斜面瓶塞穿刺针穿刺落屑性能分析及比较

Analysis and Contrast of Fragmentation Performance of Infusion Single-Bevel Needle and Three-Bevel Needle

首先对单斜面针与三斜面针的穿刺过程进行了力学分析,然后按照ISO 22413给出的方法对单斜面针与三斜面针进行了穿刺落屑对比试验。结果表明,单斜面针穿刺胶塞时比三斜面针更不容易产生落屑。

First make dynamic analysis of single-bevel needle and three-bevel needle puncturing process, and then make comparison tests on fragmentation according to the test method in I SO 22413. The results show that fragmentation of single-bevel needle is superior to three-devel needle. Single-bevel needle is less prone to falling fragmentation than three-bevel needle while puncturing the stopper.
