血管性痴呆患者血清生长抑素、精氨酸加压素的含量变化及其临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解血管性痴呆(VaD)患者血浆中生长抑素(SS)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)的含量变化及其临床意义。方法运用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评定患者认知功能,用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定血清中SS、AVP质量浓度。结果 VaD组血浆中SS、AVP质量浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清AVP、SS在VaD发病中可能起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of arginine vasopressin(AVP),omatostatin(SS) and vascular dementia(VaD).Methods 28 cases with VaD and 28 cases of normal elders were selected.The Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) was preformed for detecting the cognitive function.A radioimmunoassay(RIA) technology was preformed for detecting the blood serum AVP and SS concentrations.Results The serum level of AVP and SS in VaD patients were lower than that in healthy people(P0.05).Conclusions The serum concentration of AVP and SS might be associated with the development of VaD.
