摘要
四川维尼纶厂现有一套10万t/a的基于天然气蒸汽转化的甲醇合成装置和一套77万t/a的乙炔尾气甲醇合成装置。天然气蒸汽转化制备的合成气惰性气体含量低,氢含量高,而乙炔尾气甲醇装置ATR转化气惰性气体含量高。在深入分析两种合成气的特性的基础上,提出了以天然气制备的合成气替代乙炔尾气甲醇装置的ATR转化气,降低合成环路惰性气体含量、优化合成气气质、改善产品质量、提高甲醇产量的可工程实施的优化运行方案。
There were a 100kt/a natural gas-based methanol unit and a 770kt/a acetylene off-gas-based methanol unit in Sichuan Vinylon Works. The syngas prepared by natural gas steam reforming had low inert gases content and high hydrogen content, and the inert gases content of acetylene off-gas was high. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of both syngases, a feasible operation optimization plan for the acetylene off-gas-based methanol unit was proposed, in which the natural gas-based syngas was used to substitute for the ATR reforming gas of the acetylene off-gas-based methanol unit to decrease inert gases content in the synthesis loop, improve the quality of syngas and methanol product and increase the output of methanol.
