摘要
马来西亚华文教育政策是马来西亚华人政策的重要组成部分。马来西亚政府根据国内政治和国际关系的变化不断对华文教育政策做出调整。20世纪60年代针对华文教育的政策焦点是华文中学的改制,70年代则侧重阻挠华文大学的创办,80年代侧重华文小学的控制权。90年代后华文教育政策则相对宽松。通过对马来(西)亚独立以后的华文教育政策进行全面梳理,可以全面认识上世纪50年代以来马来(西)亚华文教育不断抗争、壮大的发展历程,同时也可以对马来西亚华文教育的未来发展趋势做一些分析。
The policy of Chinese language education in Malaysia is an important part of the ethnic Chinese policy in Malaysia.The Malaysian government has readjusted its policy of Chinese language educations based on the changes of domestic politics and international relations.Malaysia's policy of Chinese language education focused on the restructure of Chinese secondary schools in the 1960s,obstruction of the establishment of Chinese University in the 1970s,and control of Chinese primary school in the1980s.In the 1990s,Malaysia's policy of Chinese language education was relatively loose.By analyzing comprehensively policies of Chinese language education in Malaysia after its independence,one can understand hard development of Chinese language education in Malaysia since the 1950s.The paper makes some analysis about the future development trends of Chinese language education in Malaysia.
