彩色无碳纸脱色回用到文化纸的生产实践表明,当漂液用量为5 kg/吨纸时,脱色效果最好。用彩色无碳纸脱色浆替代5%的漂白麦草浆,成纸的白度、不透明度、裂断长和耐折度等物理指标均有所提高。彩色无碳纸脱色浆配抄文化纸不仅可以提高产品质量,而且可以降低生产成本。

This paper is about the color carbonless paper decolorization,and used for cultural paper production practice.The experimental results show that：when the amount of bleaching liquor is 5kg/ton decolorization effect is best.The decolorizing pulp of color carbonless paper instead of 5% of bleaching wheat straw pulp,the paper whiteness,opacity,fracture length,folding strength and other physical indicators have improved.Color carbonless paper bleaching pulp is used to cultural paper,which can not only improve product quality,but reduce production cost.
