慢性盆腔炎并慢性肾盂肾炎相关细菌的临床研究

Study of the Interrelationship between Bacteria in Vagina and Urinary Tract of Women with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Complicated by Chronic Pyelonephritis

探讨慢性盆腔炎并慢性肾盂肾炎患者尿路细菌与阴道细菌的相关关系。方法对妇科门诊 16 2例慢性盆腔炎患者 ,做阴道分泌物培养的同时做清洁中段尿常规培养和L型菌培养。结果16 2例患者中隐匿型慢性肾盂肾炎 6 1例 (占 37.6 5 % )。阴道相关细菌培养与两种方法尿培养的阳性率比较有明显相关关系(P <0 .0 5 ) ;致病菌以葡萄球菌为常见 ,大肠杆菌和克雷伯菌少见。结论慢性盆腔炎易并发慢性肾盂肾炎。二者常并存 ,致病菌二者呈相关关系。

ObjectiveTo study the inter-relationship between bacteria in vagina and in urinary tract of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation accompanying chronic pyelonephritis.MethodsVaginal secreta and cleaned midstream urine were taken for routine culture of L type bacteria respectively in one hundred and sixty-two outpatients with chronic pelvic inflammation.ResultsSixty-one out of 162 patients( 37.65%) were confirmed as chronic pyelonephritis by urine culture.The culture positive rate of vaginal secreta was significantly correlated with that of urine specimens analyzed by two methods(P<0.05).As for the pathogenic bacteria,staphylococci were most common.but B.Coli were not.ConclusionThe patients with chronic pelvic inflammation are easily complicated with chronic pyelonephritis.Both diseases coexist and are correlated in their pathogenic bacteria.
