摘要
采用蛾区半分法,取同蛾区部分卵调查蚁蚕的绝食生命率,余者饲养到上簇结茧,调查茧质与体质。结果表明:不同蚕品种蚁蚕的绝食生命率差异显著、该性状既受胚子基因型控制,也受卵质影响,有夏秋用品种偏低春用品种偏高的趋势;同时还表明蚁蚕的绝食生命率同全茧量、茧层量有明显相关,而同结茧率、死笼率相关不显著。
By the method of equal--cutting number of eggs laid by a moth, starvingsurvival rate was investigated for newly hatched larvae from one half ofeggs and cocoon quality and silkworms constitution were teseted after cult-ivating the other half of the eggs. The results shows: 1、Among different silkworm strains there is a significant difference ofstarving survival rate of newly hatched larvae. The rate of newly hatched lar-vae is higher in invital strains for spring than in vital strains for autumn. 2、The characteristics of the rate is not only mainly controlled byembryo genotype but also influenced by egg quality. 3、Compared with cocoon weight and cocoon layer weight,cocooning raterate and the rate of cpcooning mortality do not show obvious correlation tothe starving survival rate of newly hatched larvae.
