摘要
目的开发一种简单实用的WEB型骨龄检测及身高预测系统。方法用JAVA脚本执行语言编写Tanner-Whitehouse(简称TW2)骨龄算法及TW MarkⅠ最终身高预测公式,通过访问集成有算法的可视化WEB页面,在可视化图形界面上对照手腕部20块参考骨来选择X线骨龄片中相应骨的不同成熟阶段对300例受检者进行骨成熟度评分,计算出骨龄,结合出生日期、性别、初潮时间(女性)、身高、父母身高等数据分析最终身高预测值,使用Bland-Altman法分析本WEB系统和人工法之间的可替换性。结果 WEB型骨龄检测及身高预测系统使用简单,与人工法之间具有良好的可替换性,且所花费时间明显短于人工法。结论该系统快速简便地实现了骨龄及最终身高预测算法的网络共享,明显提高了放射科医师阅读骨龄X线片的效率。也可以作为临床评价儿童生长发育的有效工具。
Objective To developasimpleandpracticalWEB-basedboneagetestingandheightpredictionsystem.Methods To employ JavaScript to program the Tanner-Whitehouse(TW2) bone age testing algorithm and Tanner-Whitehouse(TW) Mark I final body height prediction formula were employed,by visiting algorithm-integrated visual WEB page and comparing 20 reference bones around wrist area on the page to rate the maturity level of different bones in 300 participants based on analysis from bone-age X-ray tablets,and the precise bone age was calculated,and then final height was predicted on data like birth date,gender,menarche age(for females),current height and parents' heights,taking advantage of the inter-changeability of the Bland-Altman Method and the manual method to analyze the WEB system.Results The WEB-based bone age-testing and height prediction system was easy to use,and had a user-friendly interface and great interchangeability with the manual method,while taking much less time than the latter.Conclusions The system can greatly enhance the internet sharing of bone age testing and final body height prediction,noticeably improve the efficiency of radiographers reading bone age X-ray tablets,and be a useful tool to clinically rate children's growth.
