改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法采用改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折12例,术后定期随访,观察其疗效。。结果根据Matta等改良的Merle d'Aubigné和Postel评分标准,从X线片复位质量、疼痛、行走和活动等方面来评价,放射学结果:优12例;临床结果:优9例,良2例,可1例。结论改良Stoppa入路治疗髋臼骨折疗效满意,值得临床选用。
