血清CEA升高诊断甲状腺髓样癌3例诊治分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨以血清癌胚抗原(CEA)升高为首要表现的甲状腺髓样癌(MTC)的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析以血清CEA升高为首要表现的3例MTC患者的临床资料。结果 3例患者术前血清CEA明显升高(16.95～313.21g/L),入院排除常见病因后发现甲状腺肿瘤,降钙素显著增高,行根治性手术后证实MTC,术后监测CEA及降钙素均恢复正常。结论 CEA升高是MTC常见表现,检测降钙素有助于其诊断,根治性手术是它最有效的治疗方法。
