基于信息系统的体系作战装备联合保障建设初探

Study of Equipment Joint Support Construction of Information-system-based Operations

推进基于信息系统的体系作战(information-system-based operations,ISBO)装备联合保障(equipment joint support,EJS)建设创新发展,不仅是当前我军军种分立体制下应对多样化军事任务装备准备的迫切需要,也是我军装备保障建设长远发展的战略考虑。在理解ISBO装备联合保障建设基本内涵的基础上,分析了我军ISBO作战装备联合保障建设存在的主要问题,探讨了建设思路,并提出了我军我军ISBO装备联合保障的建设对策。

Aiming at the capabilities of information-system-based operations（ISBO） to promote the innovation and development of the construction of equipment joint support（EJS）, is not only for meeting with the urgent needs to cope with the military diversification mission in the current service division system of PLA, but also for strategically considering the construction of EJS in the longterm. Based on the concept of EJS construction of ISBO, the questions of EJS construction are presented, basic ideas of EJS construction of ISBO are discussed and corresponding countermeasure suggestions are put forward on how to develop EJS of PLA.
