Equipment acquisition data resources management （EADRM） is an important content of equipment information construction. The paper introduces the basic concept of EAI）RM and analyzes its policy basis, phase division and implement frame of the US Army, which forms an overall understanding about EADRM of the US Army. On this basis, it summarizes the operations about EAD RM of the US Army and draws three enlightenments which are beneficial to our army.
