For the purpose of improving the fighting capacity of weapons and equipment,we must understand comprehensively about the concept of weapons and equipment innovation,and construct the complete system of the innovation of weapons and equipment.On the basis of cases study about the history of weapons and equipment at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the connotation of the original innovation of weapons and equipment,and the innovative usage of weapons and equipment,summarizes the important function of the two innovation modes in the process of improving fighting capacity of weapons and equipment,demonstrates the dialectic relations of the two modes.
