18M Pa级大型氨合成系统的研究及应用

摘要 简要介绍了三线(平衡线、最适宜温度线、操作线)法优化设计的ⅢJD3000-DN2500氨合成系统的结构、工艺参数、工艺流程,从理论和运行效果方面说明原料气中甲烷含量对氨合成的重大影响。介绍了其在金华润、丰喜临猗、金大地公司的应用效果:在非纯净原料气,高甲烷循环气等不利条件下,日产合成氨850~1000t,系统压力15.5~16.8MPa,合成塔(加废锅)阻力0.40~0.55MPa。 This paper briefly introduces ⅢJD3000-DN2500 synthesis ammonia system structure, process parameters and process which is designed by trilinear (equilibrium line, the most appropriate temperature line, operating line) method, explains the effect of methane content in raw material gas in synthesizing ammonia from theory and operation effect. It also shows applications effect used in Jinhuarun, Fengxilinyi, Jindadi companies: in adverse conditions of pure less raw material gas and high methane cycle gas, producing ammonia 850-10(Odd, system pressure at 15.5-16.8MPa, synthetie tower (including waste heat boiler) resistance at 0.40-0.55MPa.
