摘要
探讨不同浓度的健胃消食片溶液对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。以家兔为实验对象,制备不同浓度健胃消食片溶液作用于家兔离体小肠平滑肌,通过BL-420S生物机能实验系统分别描记在给不同浓度健胃消食片溶液前后的收缩曲线,观察其对离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。实验结果是滴加健胃消食片溶液浓度分别为0.08、0.16和0.32 g.ml-1,给药后可明显增大离体小肠平滑肌的收缩幅度(P<0.05),且具有剂量依赖性;而对收缩频率影响不明显(P>0.05)。结论是不同浓度健胃消食片溶液能够增大家兔离体小肠平滑肌的收缩幅度,浓度不同,收缩的幅度变化也不一致。
To explore the influences on the activities of the rabbit small intestine smooth muscles in vitro,which caused by different concentrations of Jianweixiaoshi tablets' solution.Method: adopting rabbit as experiment object;different concentrations of Jianweixiaoshi tablets' solution were prepared with which rabbit small intestine smooth muscle were treated in vitro;plotting the traction curves through biology function system,BL-420S,before and after the treatment;observing the effects.Result: The traction amplitudes were significantly amplified when small intestine smooth muscles were treated with different concentrations of Jianweixiaoshi tablets' solution: 0.32g·ml-1,0.16g·ml-1 and 0.08g·ml-1.Moreover,the greater the concentration was,the greater the amplitude was(P0.05,for all),and dose dependency was got.However,traction frequencies were not affected intensely.Conclusion: Jianweixiaoshi tablets' solution could increase traction amplitude of rabbit small intestine smooth muscle in vitro,but the traction amplitude was different among different concentrations of given dose.
