在篮球项目中不同的训练位置有着不同的训练方法,通过训练可以掌控不同的身体姿势,来保持平衡,从而更有效地控制身体,最大限度地运用身体机能,达到更高的标准,完成现代化篮球的需求。
There are different training methods for different training positions in the basketball program.Through training,we can control the different body posture,keep balance,control the body more effectively,use the physical function at the most,achieve higher standards,and realize the need of modern basketball sport.
