关于高师教育实习问题的思考

Reflections on the Problems of Higher Normal Education Practice

作为师范生角色转化的关键阶段,教育实习一直是高等院校教师教育专业改革与研究的重点内容。但是从具体实施上看,教育实习仍面临诸多亟待解决的问题。本文对教育实习所面临的主要问题加以总结,并提出了相应的解决思路。

As the key stage of normal students＇ role transformation,the education practice has always been the key content of reform and research of teacher specialty in colleges and universities.However,the education practice is still facing various problems to be solved in the aspect of concrete implementation.This article summarizes the main facing problems of education practice,and proposes the corresponding solutions.
