摘要
本文从高校图书馆信息管理系统的合并、藏书的剔旧工作、建立并完善"学科馆员"制度等方面,对师范院校图书馆合并后资源整合进行了探讨。
In this paper, the resources integration after normal university library amalgamation is discussed from the following three aspects： the amalgamation of university library information management system, the weeding of library collection, as well as the establishment and perfection of subject librarian system.
