Research on the Legal Issues about Technology Risk of the Online Securities Trading

网上证券交易存在很多技术风险。目前,我国网上证券交易的立法主体多、层级低、原则性规定多、缺乏可操作性,且相关规定严重缺失。解决这些问题,需要对现行立法予以完善。

There are lots of technology risks existing in the online securities trading.Currently,the problems of the online securities trading in China mainly include there being too many main legislative bodies,low level,the complicated principles of regulation,the lack of operability and related provisions.To solve these problems,it is necessary to perfect and supply the existing legislation.
