摘要
该文重点对国际工程项目在资金管理上存在的普遍问题做简单剖析,并针对不同风险提出了一些对策建议,即通过优化合同条款和完善内部资金管理制度等提高资金的使用效率,降低企业的财务风险和财务成本,为国际承包工程项目的顺利执行保驾护航。
This paper mainly analyzes the common problems of fund management in international contracting project,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion. Through optimizing contract terms and perfecting internal fund management system, the enterprise can improve the fund efficiency and reduce the financial risk and cost to provide guards for international contracting project.
