采用后氟化路线,先合成了七个中间体,再与间-苯氧基苯甲醛反应,得到产物氟氰菊酯,性状与文献相符。
Flucythrinate belongs to the category of pyrethroids, which is a kind ofwidespread insecticides. We have made a study on its synthetic from 1984to 1989. The use of the leter fluorination line totally synthesized sevenintermediates. Then they reacted with m-phenoxy phenyl methanal andproduced (R, S)-Flucythrinate. Its Characters comform to what is describedin the documeab.
