摘要
学习型组织的理论本身就是一种发展中的理论,学习型社会和学习型政党建设在理论与实践层面拓展了传统的学习型组织理论。学习型组织的先进性特性是学习型组织理论研究的核心问题。笔者认为,学习型组织具备了主体性、公共性、权变性和契约性的特性,这些特性造就了学习型组织的时代性与先进性。
The traditional theory of learning-oriented organization is evolving itself, which has addi- tionally been enriched, both on theoretical and practical basis, by the development of learning-ori- ented society and the construction of learning-oriented political party. The progressiveness of learn- ing-oriented organization functions as the core of the research on the theory of learning-oriented or- ganization. The author holds that learning-oriented organization enjoys the characteristics of subjec- tivity, publicity, flexibility of rights as well as contractual character, which contribute to the pro- gressiveness of learning-oriented organization that keeps pace with times.
