摘要
职称是高校教师学术水平的重要体现,是教师职业发展规划的重要目标。本文通过借鉴职称评聘历史经验,阐述了高校现实职称评聘的模式及作用,探讨高校职称评聘的制度发展及职称评价体系的设计,从而推进职称评聘在高校事业发展中的积极作用。
A title is an important reflection of university teachers' academic level and also an impor- tant target for teachers' professional development. This paper illustrates the assess-engage mode and practical effect using the past assess-engage experience for reference, and discusses the development of the assess-engage system, and professional title evaluation design so as to improve the system in the development of universities.
